Plenty of things

Yep, there's been plenty of things to keep me busy!

I finally had the time to get out to the sports store on a Saturday morning and pick up my new exercise bike; I had to throw away the old one a few months ago and never really had a chance to try out and purchase a replacement. Well, it's there, it was freakin' expensive, but I'm delighed with it. It's handy out, coming home after a long day's work and just peddle away for a good 45 mins. With many thanks to my brother for leeching a pile of Dutch tv shows so I have some oldies like 'In Voor en Tegenspoed' and some Dutch stand-up comedy. Always good to have a laugh while cycling away.

Then there was our housewarming party. It's been like 18 months overdue, but we finally had our housewarming party last weekend. It's been a mad party and a great success. By God, there's so much drink left over I could open up a bar on Friday night until Christmas without running out of drink! I look forward to the arrival of some of the Dutchies in the next few weeks; I'm sure it will all be gone by Christmas!
